‘All About Jesus’ Series
The Albany Church invites you to come and listen to Lee and Marji Venden presenting “All About Jesus,” a week-long series.
Starting Friday, April 7, through Saturday, April 15.
Lee Venden has never forgotten the joy he experienced when he discovered the difference between knowing about Jesus and actually knowing Jesus. A pastor, educator, and presenter for more than 29 years, Lee has sought to know Jesus better and to help others accomplish that as well. He has authored three books and co-authored the internationally popular More About Jesus website.
Marji Venden has a particular interest in helping children understand that they too can have a personal friendship with Jesus. As an educator for more than 12 years, and mother of two children, Marji loves to assist parents who are seeking to guide their children into a relational understanding of Christianity.
Have you ever wondered how to...
really give God your heart?
surrender your will to Christ?
develop a personal relationship with Jesus
become a contagious Christian?
actually experience Christ’s transforming power in your life?
experience the latter-rain power of the Holy Spirit?
Though Nicodemus, was one of the brightest religious leaders of Christ’s day, he was in the dark when he came to Jesus. He knew the terms, the theology, and the rules, but what he wanted to understand most, was how to know God. Jesus wanted that for him too, and Jesus saw to it that Nicodemus didn’t go away disappointed.
As you experience this seminar, it is our prayer that you will come to see Jesus in a whole new light, that fresh glimpses of Him will move you beyond religious theory into a deeper walk with God, and that like Nicodemus of old, you will not go away disappointed.
